Eley Johnson,
Student Intern

Eley is currently pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling online with Liberty University. She earned her bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy from Oklahoma State University.
Eley has a heart for working with children, teens, and young adults and believes everyone is capable of growth. She sees counseling as an opportunity to walk alongside others for a part of their journey, providing a safe and encouraging space for clients to feel seen, discover their strengths, and grow into the best version of themselves. Her Christian faith is an important part of who she is, and she welcomes the opportunity to incorporate faith into counseling when desired by the client.
Eley especially enjoys supporting clients through concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. Her recreational therapy background has also shaped her belief that growth can happen through the things people already enjoy and find meaningful.
Outside of counseling, Eley enjoys crafting, photography, going on walks, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
