LaRon is a Temporary Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives. She believes therapy should feel like a genuine conversation—one where clients can show up as they are, without pressure or judgment, and know that someone is truly in their corner.
She earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in marriage and families from Colorado Christian University, and her training has equipped her with a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches. However, she does not believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy. Each person’s story, challenges, and goals are different, so she intentionally tailors her approach to fit what works best for each individual. Whether that means focusing on practical tools, deeper self-exploration, or a balance of both, she collaborates with clients to find what is most helpful for their specific situation.
Her style is warm, direct, and collaborative. She places a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship, recognizing that real progress happens when clients feel safe enough to be open and honest. She meets clients where they are, while also helping them challenge unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and move toward the life they want.
LaRon has a special passion for working with couples, veterans, active-duty military, and individuals from all walks of life. Whether clients are navigating relationship struggles, stress, life transitions, identity, or past experiences, she strives to create a space that honors their experiences while helping them move forward with clarity and strength.
She recognizes that seeking therapy is a meaningful and sometimes difficult step, and she considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients in that process—supporting them as they grow, heal, and build the life they want.
In her free time, LaRon spends time with her four children and husband, going on as many adventures as possible.
